Apprentices are our future

Homanit's up-and-coming apprentices are an important building block in furthering the company's success.

The first few weeks are already behind us and the first hurdles of getting to know the system have been cleared. Six young women and men started apprenticeships at Homanit at the beginning of August. After more than three months, a first appraisal can be made. Everyone has settled into the team and feels happy and comfortable at Homanit. The unanimous opinion of the "6 newcomers" is that the decision to embark on an apprenticeship with Homanit as Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic or Industrial Management Assistant was right.

The industrial enterprise based at Losheim am See offers its young trainees decisive benefits.

The production process is complex, the plant is ultra-modern and the size of the company offers a comprehensive overview over all of the technical divisions associated with the manufacture of wood fibreboard.

The management acknowledges that apprentices who qualified as technicians and management assistants in the past now make a significant contribution to the company's success.

The entire workforce wishes the new apprentices great professional and personal success for their future.
