Approx. 200,000 m³ or approx. 65 million m² of thin HDF/MDF raw boards in thicknesses ranging from 2.0 mm to 8.0 mm are produced annually at the Losheim location.

These boards leave the factory in raw or further processed conditions; fabrication includes sanding, cutting to size, lacquering (on one side or both sides), drilling, bevelling, notching, punching, milling, folding etc..

Over 300 employees work at the Losheim factory.

The modern and continuous 28.5 metre long, 2250 mm wide press installation is designed for the production of thin HDF/MDF raw boards.
