The high technical / physical requirements of the door industry are fulfilled by our HDF/MDF HOMADUR® Door Skin. Its surfaces are excellently suited to:
- varnishing
- coating with foils
- veneering
- coating with laminates.

HDF HOMADUR® Door Skin Alu-Climate or Lead Inlay
In doors of the climate classes II and III, the HDF HOMADUR® boards contain a specially manufactured aluminium inlay (0.3, 0.5 or 1.0 mm thickness) as a core. This acts as a moisture barrier and gives the Alu-Climate door a high rate of bending strength and dimensional stability.
A lead insert (0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 mm thickness) meets the requirements for radiation protection for doors on e.g. X-ray rooms.
The HDF HOMADUR® Door Skins Alu-Climate and Lead are available in the usual dimensions for doors.
HDF HOMADUR® Door Skin Plus
With the HDF HOMADUR® Door Skin Plus we are offering the door manufacturers a completed, already varnish-finished door skin that only needs to be pressed to the filling and frame.
